hotel is not as it is portrayed online. No resturaunt. No lift. I booked a double bed and got two twins. Shower was so small, I had to raise my arms to fit in and out of it. House is old and wiring is dodgy. i blew out my currency converter by plugging the charger cord for my ipod into the converter and then plugging the converter into the wall. I didn't actually plug any appliance in just the cord. The staff seemed put out and told me I was not allowed to plug anything else in. When I left, the porter hid so he didnt have to help me drag my suitcase down 4 flights of steps

    staff could have been friendlier

    The room was big..

Our room was right at the reception desk so you can hear everything going on!!people coming and going, day and night!!and the road outside was very loud!!The bed wasn't very comfortable and the guy at reception was not very nice..

Convenient access to city and reasonable price

Little/no Control over heating and ventilation, feels a bit tired and dated

The location is very good for a city holiday; although there doesn't seem to be a lot of buses going to/from the city to here Grafton street (shopping street) is only a short walk from the hotel and from there the rest of the city is within walking distance. The room was clean and comfortable.

Large room and bath. Location within walking distance to most sights.

We waiting outside for half an hour for someone to show up to let us in. Would have been fine if they had left a note or something.

In walking distance of Dublin attractions.

    Noise from street.

Quiet convenient location. Helpful front desk. Free parking on weekends. Rooms were clean and nicely decorated. Comfortable beds. Tea and coffee in room. 10 minute walk to Grafton St, Trinity College. Close to Merrion Square. Nice pubs and restaurants. Ely's Wine bar for organic food, O'Donoghues or Foley's for a pint or breakfast. Also great fast food options. The Spar on Baggot St close to St Stephen's Green.

No elevator. Ensuite bath provided small shower, no bathtub. No air conditioning. We had a top floor room that faced the street. Quiet and comfortable with daytime temperatures at 68F.

    Location and helpful staff

Room and bath too small and floors VERY Creaky. No fan or AC

Great location, only 5 minutes walk from St Stephen's Green and nearest Tour Bus stop. Staff very welcoming, were able to have our room ready for our 10am arrival.

Rooms were slightly small, especially the bathroom, and could have done with a lick of paint but not a major problem for us and for the money we paid still very good value.

Very nice staff, willing to help. Quiet, convenient location and nice room size.

My wake up call did not happen one morning and that made me miss a day trip. There is no overnight staff and the phone has to be turned on when you check-in. The first day I couldn't use the phone and the last night they turned it off, so my friend couldn't even call me to make sure I wake up on time to catch the plane. My room had issues with the hot water in the shower, I had to turn it on and off a few times to work, but it took me 2 days to figure out that trick.

Very pleasant reception staff. Free wireless internet access in room.

Very expensive for a 3 star guesthouse. Was overpriced at €129 for single occupancy without breakfast.
